Eric Money

Eric Money

Business Administration Specialist III

Eric Money, Iowa born and bred, moved to Gainesville from the borderlands of Belgium and The Netherlands. Fluent in English and Dutch, he’s occasionally found the use of both quite handy in his work for the College of Pharmacy Fiscal Office. Eric holds a BA in International Business with a Post Graduate Certificate in International Purchasing and worked for several international corporations; which, probably more than anything, helped him land his first UF job in Purchasing and that’s where he learned how to help his customer by thinking outside the bureaucratic box. He is an active member of the UF LGBTQ+ Presidential Advisory Committee and spent several years as secretary of the National Association of Education Purchasing, Florida chapter (NAEP‐FL). There is life outside work and Eric enjoys all that the State of Florida has to offer, from the theme parks (all aboard the Hogwarts Express!) to outdoor fun (who doesn’t like to dive into 30 degree water on a hot summer day!?) and everything in between.
